Catherine Gordon Is the Founder and President of Net Edge Training, LLC. Since
1999 Net Edge Training has specialized in goalkeeping training for players of all ages, from youth to collegiate.
A former USL W-League goalkeeper for the New Jersey Wildcats as well as their current goalkeeper coach. Gordon is also Division
I Asst. Coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University, in Teaneck, NJ, and the boys varsity Goalkeeping Coach for the Rancocas
Valley HS, 2008 State Champions and 2009 Coaches Tournament Champs. She is a Director at SGA (Star Goalkeeper Academy)
and a Goalkeeper Trainer for the Sky Blue Soccer School. Gordon has over 25 years experience between the pipes. A graduate of Purdue University. As an athlete
she was a letter winner in four varsity sports during high school and throughout her athletic career has received dozens awards
from Golden Glove, All Tourney to MVP. She played basketball in college for Ft.Lewis College DII and concluded her collegiate
career playing soccer her senior year for the Boilermakers Soccer Club.
Gordon holds a USSF “C”
License and a NSCAA Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma. She also serves as an Asst. goalkeeper coach and evaluator
for the NJYS Olympic Development Program (ODP), Director at Star Goalkeeper Academy and is a Certified Trainer for Positive Coaching Alliance(PCA). “ It is
all about the athlete and their opportunity to develop and excel on and off the pitch. My goal is to bring the best and most
current practices, strategies, resources and enthusiasm from these varied sources to today's Goalkeepers"

Ferrell, Business Associate: Field Player and Fitness Specialist Marguerite Ferrell is in charge of our Field Player Development and Fitness Training for all of our athletes.
She has been a player for the NJ Wildcats since 2006 and is now a player/Asst.
Coach. She also the Assistant Coach of the Fairleigh Dickinson University Women's Soccer team.
Division I NEC Conference.She is responsible for our field training programs as well as the fitness, speed and agility
aspects of all our training programs . She brings with her a wealth of playing and training experience. She has worked for the Redbull organization as a trainer
for their youth development program. Ferrell During the MLS 2006 season worked for MSGand HD-NET Television reporting all
statistics to the news crew during the New York Redbull home games. Ferrell was a four-year letter winner for the FDU Knights.
As a freshman she was the only first-year player to start all18 games for the Knights, picking up Brine Northeast Conference
Rookie of the Week honors .She won Brine NEC Player of the Week distinction. Her senior season, she paced the squad with a
team-best eight goals, en route to 17 points and First Team All-Conference acclaim and MVP for the Knights
Scott Fisher, MS, RD Sport Nutritionist
and Exercise Physiologist
Scott is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.S.
degree in Clinical Nutrition and also holds an M.S. degree in Exercise Physiology from Penn State University.
He is a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) through the American Dietetic Association. Scott is currently
the Director of the Health & Fitness Center at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ and also a member of the
teaching faculty in Health and Physical Education at FDU and at SUNY Purchase College. Scott maintains a private practice as
a sports nutritionist, physiologist, and coach. He is the consulting nutritionist for Excel Physical Therapy/Performax,
Active Foot & Ankle Care, NJ Team in Training and has also served as a nutrition consultant to a number of professional
athletic teams including the NY Red Bulls, New York Knicks, and New Jersey Devils. Scott is a frequent
contributing writer to a number of publications including Runner’s World magazine and the Star Ledger newspaper. Scott
has been a competitive runner for over 25 years and is a veteran of Ironman triathlons and more than 25 marathons.
He also is an avid outdoor enthusiast and accomplished rock climber, mountaineer, and kayaker.

Rachel Derrico: Goalkeeping Specialist
Former Division I starting Goalkeeper,
Rachel concluded her collegiate careers by attaining 2008 All-Northeast Conference Tournament honors. In 2007: Dericco registered 86 saves, amidst a trio
of shutouts and a 9-7 record... Turned away a career-high 10 shots versus Monmouth... Twice made eight saves – against
powerhouses Maryland and Rutgers... Went for back-to-back shutouts late in the year, giving the Knights a postseason chance
entering the final weekend of action... Her 5.06 saves per game ranked sixth in the league... Started 17-of-18 contests, logging
over 1,371 minutes. 2006: Made nine saves through two games... Worked the final 20 minutes in a 1-0 win over Drexel in overtime,
making one stop... Tallied eight saves at Rutgers, facing 26 shots... 2005: Recorded two saves in 45 minutes in net, teaming
with Courtney Smith for a 4-0 shutout win against Temple... Held the fort for final 15 minutes in a 4-0 win at Robert Morris.
Earned All-Section honors in 2002, 2003 and 2004... Earned All-WPIAL in 2004... Named Almanac All-Star in 2003 and 2004...

Mick Smith: Stiker Specialist (Born
in Leicester, England),
Is the author of "3v3 Attacking Soccer" and the owner of Far Post Soccer a company that focuses on training that brings out the best in players: creativity, speed, pace and an attack-minded
game. He has 9 years of coaching experience working with players from the highest youth levels to the Women U.S. National
team. Mick holds an FA Coaching certificate, NSCAA State Diploma, USSF, CBF (Brazilian Coaching certificate) and KNVB Certified
(Dutch Coaching certificate). He has also played Semi-professional in England and the US with PDL. Actively involved in the
Super Y league, Mick brings an incredible pace to training and an intuitive ability motivate players beyond what they thought
possible. He is a great member of our team and an expert engineer in helping us design the Striker portion of our Net Edge
Striker/Keeper Series
Gerry Montague
Goalkeeper Specialist Gerry is currently the Goalkeeper coach for Hillsborough High School
boys since 2006 and before joining Net Edge Gerry was Owner and Director of Acme Goalkeeping He Currently holds USSF
National C license, NSCAA National Diploma, and NSCAA National Goalkeeping Diploma. He is an assistant Director of Coaching
with Hillsborough Soccer Club responsible for coaching education and training. Gerry has also completed coaching coursework
with the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) and the English FA. Gerry is a graduate of Seton
Hall University and is currently pursuing a masters degree in Athletic Administration & Coaching at Concordia University.
